Film Stress is a critical parameter when manufacturing an optical coating. Depositing a film with minimum internal stress increases the quality of the coating in many ways. Our ability measure film stress allows us to refine our manufacturing techniques to minimize stress throughout all of our coatings. We can can measure samples up to 200mm in diameter.
